Great customer service. Received our drinks with a bit running off sides, and a chocolate filled donut without filling. I went back around and asked for another, they were very polite about it and replaced it for me without a hassle. Had a great experience during our visit.

It's inside of a gas station, but other than that the employees are fast, and its a better price point than the other coffee shops in the area that offer less quality than this Dunkin.

Stopped here on my way to a trip to the Bahamas for gas and ordered fresh warm glazed doughnuts and a nice Mocha Cappuccino.

The Titusville team handled themselves with grace considering that training was in progress and they had a disgruntled customer making things difficult. He couldn’t figure out how to use a touch screen and making a scene. Please recognize the group especially the young lady that seemed to be in charge. They completed orders and let whatever the rude man was saying roll off their shoulders. It was a wonderful lesson for my children which was seen when we returned to the car and went through our order. They made a mistake on my husband’s order and as he was getting out of the car to get it fixed, both children screamed out don’t be like that man… the average Floridian man! LOL!
